Angel A. Hernandez

On Sunday, January 22, Angel Hernandez, 86, sadly passed away. Born in Cuba, Angel

completed his early education there before arriving in Paris to study medicine. In Paris, he

became a doctor and married his wife, Nicole. Together, they chose to build their life and

partnership in America. Angel had a successful career as a distinguished physician and was

well esteemed by his peers.

Angel was a deeply passionate opera lover and enjoyed every opportunity to attend a

performance. Angel thrived when surrounded by friends and family and looked forward to

sharing a meal, dancing a salsa, or engaging in a lively debate. After he retired, Angel could

often be found walking in nature or being with his grandchildren, which he adored.

Angel is survived by his wife, Nicole; son, Remy; daughter, Sandra, and four grandchildren;

Veronica, Ava, Joseph, and AJ.
