Armen Chaparian, Sr.

Armen Chaparian , Sr., 87, of Midland Park, passed away on Wednesday, August 27, 2025.

Surviving are his son,  Armen Chaparian, Jr, and his wife Tracey and his daughter Jennifer Chaparian. He also leaves his loving sister Laura Chaparian. Armen was pre-deceased by his brother Leon Chaparian in 2023.

A man of outstanding character, Armen was everyone’s friend, mentor and hero.  His 

pride and joy were his 5 grandchildren, Vanessa, Austin, Lukas, Aaron and Charlie and his 2 great grandchildren, Austin and Audrey. They loved him and will miss him greatly as he remained active in their lives all the way through.

The Chaparian family will recieve friends on Tuesday, Sept. 2, 2025, 10:00 am to 12:00 noon at the Vander Plaat Funeral Home of Wyckoff, 257 Godwin Avenue, Wyckoff.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Armen’s memory can be made to the St. Jude Tribute program.
