Bertha Nunez

Bertha Nunez 93, of Hillsdale, NJ passed away October 5th, 2022. Bertha, known as Mama Betty to her loved ones and Doña Bertha, always filled everyone’s life around her with so much love and happiness. Bertha is survived by her daughter, Sandra and all of her grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. Nothing can prepare you for the death of a loved one and she will be missed every single day but will always be carried in the hearts of her family. Betty’s life will be celebrated on Sunday, October 9th at Vander Plaat Funeral Home in Wyckoff, NJ from 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm. A short mass will be held at the funeral home on Monday at 10:00 am followed by entombment which will take place at the Garden of Memories in the Township of Washington at 11:30 am.
