Carmen I. Cepeda

Carmen I. Cepeda, 74, passed away peacefully on September 28 surrounded by her loving family. Born in Rio Grande, Puerto Rico, she was a devoted daughter, wife, mother and grandmother. Carmen was beloved by her family and friends. Throughout her life, she doted on those closest to her, making her house an open door where she would cook and take care of everyone—but she also found time to bet on the horses and play the slots, two of her favorite things to do. Carmen will be remembered for her hard work, beautiful eyes, her infectious smile, generosity, and kindness. Her loving spirit will be missed. 

Carmen is survived by her loving husband, Orlando, three loving daughters, Jenny, Lourdes, her husband Bob, Carmen; five grandchildren, Bobby, Sean (su favorito!), Ryan, Julian, and Raquel. She is also survived by in-laws, nieces and nephews, cousins, and friends.
