In Loving Memory of Carmine Joseph Cascio
With profound sorrow, we announce the passing of Carmine Joseph Cascio. A devoted family man, Carmine was a loving husband to Rita (deceased), a dedicated father to Louis (deceased) and Julie and Robert Dimino, and a doting grandfather to Robert, Cara, and Christine. For the past 30 years, he shared a loving partnership with Valerie Niosi, whose companionship brought him great joy.
Carmine was a proud graduate of NYU Law School and a highly respected attorney for over 50 years. His success was driven not only by his passion for the law but also by the lifelong friendships he built with his colleagues. He often shared countless stories from his time at the Bronx and Brooklyn courthouses, where he was admired not only for his professional achievements but, more importantly, for his loyalty, generosity, confidence, and unwavering optimism about life.
Beyond his career, Carmine embraced life to the fullest. He loved traveling the world, recalling every experience in vivid detail. He found joy in sharing meals with family and friends, never turning down an opportunity for a new adventure. He had a passion for cooking, golf, and football, and his curiosity and enthusiasm for life knew no bounds.
He will be remembered for his sharp intellect, quick wit, wisdom, and deep sense of loyalty. Though his presence will be profoundly missed, his spirit and the cherished memories he leaves behind will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
May he rest in peace in God’s loving arms.
