Elizabeth M. Sullivan “Betty”, 84, of Waldwick, died on Saturday, January 15, 2022 surrounded by her family. Born in Brooklyn, she lived in Madison before moving to Waldwick, 7 years ago.
Betty was an administrative assistant for AT&T and Dun & Bradstreet in Murray Hill until she retired. She was involved in the Madison Seniors, Madison Red Hats and the Tamaron Sunshine Club. Betty loved getting together with family and friends and going to luncheons with the ladies. She also loved being a mother and a grandmother.
Betty is survived by her children Timothy Sullivan and his wife Karen and Mary Beth Duchesneau and her husband Joe and her 3 grandchildren: Matthew, Allison and Megan.
She was predeceased by her loving husband Timothy in 2004.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 8:00 pm on Thursday at the Vander Plaat Funeral Home, www.vpfh.com, 257 Godwin Ave. Wyckoff, NJ.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated 10:00am on Friday at the Church of the Nativity, 315 Prospect Street, Midland Park, NJ 07432.
Burial will follow at St. Vincent’s Martyr Cemetery in Madison, NJ.
