Franklin Miller Johnson, born May 1, 1944, passed away Friday September 17, with his family by his side. He was born in Montclair, NJ and resided in Montclair most of his life. His life’s passion was photography. After traveling the world taking photo’s he became a photography teacher at Pascack Hills High School where he spent his career teaching and sharing his passion. He was a beloved son, brother, brother-in-law, and uncle. Known as Uncle Frank to his surviving nieces Allison Hill, Melissa Candela and her husband Jim Candela, his great nieces Sophie Hill, Emma Hill, Cassandra Candela and Emily Candela, and his great great nephew Mason Bautista.
