Gregory “Greg” Frank of Wyckoff, NJ passed away on November 12th at the age of 60. Greg was born in Little Falls, NJ on December 30th, 1960 to his parents, Edward “Bud” and Joan. A Passaic Valley High School and Fairleigh Dickinson University alumnus, Greg was also a fifteen-year resident of Long Valley, NJ. He passed away surrounded by his family after a brief battle with renal cancer.
Greg is survived by his mother Joan; his love Lauren Saxton; his cherished daughters, Elise and Erika; his brother Lee Frank; his brother Cliff Frank and his wife Madelyn; and his sister Joanne LaRiccia and her husband Rob; cousins George and Cathy Barnes and family; along with many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. He is predeceased by his father, Bud. He will be greatly missed by all of his family and friends and the countless lives he touched.
Greg had the well-earned reputation of being the glue among his family and friends and was at his happiest when spending time with others. He could often be found on the golf course weekend mornings and enjoying evenings out on the town. A friend to many, Greg was always available to lend a helping hand and embodied the sentiment “the more, the merrier.”
He certainly, as he was fond of saying, lived the dream.
Visiting hours will be held on Thursday, November 18th from 5-9 pm and a service will be held on Friday, November 19th at 10 am, both at Vander Plaat Funeral Home at 257 Godwin Avenue, Wyckoff, NJ 07481.
