Linda Lee Tronolone Trotta

Linda Lee (Tronolone) Trotta, from Midland Park, New Jersey, and formerly of Cliffside Park, passed away peacefully at age 83 on Friday, April 24, 2026, at The Valley Hospital in Paramus, NJ. Linda was born on October 4th, 1942 in Hoboken to Frank Tronolone and Margaret La Bruna.

She was a devoted wife for 62 years to Bill Trotta, a dear sister to Paula, and a nurturing mom to her children Melissa (Glenn) and William (Sheilah).

But most of all, she was a doting and caring grandmother to Lucas and Lauren. Their Nana. She was the first to celebrate their achievements and was always there to listen. 

She was a natural in the kitchen, inspired by her Italian heritage. She could create a five-course meal like it was nothing.

She appreciated the simple joys in life – tending to her succulents and orchids, spending time with her girlfriends, shopping for bargains (especially pocketbooks!) and relaxing on Long Beach Island.

A life so beautifully lived deserves to be beautifully remembered. She will be sorely missed.

Viewing will be held at the Vander Plaat Funeral Home, 25 Godwin Avenue, Wyckoff on Sunday, May 17, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
