Marian H. Campanelli

Marian H. Campanelli, age 87, was called home to her Lord on Tuesday, June 14, 2022 surrounded by her loving family.  Marian was born in Manhattan, NY and has been a resident of Waldwick for the past 64 years.   She was a long-time parishioner and active member of St. Luke’s RC Church, Ho Ho Kus. Prior to her retirement, Marian was a secretary for Highlands Presbyterian Church in Allendale.  She is survived by her loving children; Susan Grein and her husband, Michael, Jacqueline Campanelli, Joseph Campanelli and Steven Campanelli and his wife, Erica, all of Waldwick.  The highlight of her life was her seven grandchildren; Maryanna Grein, Katrina Grein-Topken and her husband Ryan, Therese Grein, Juliana, Joseph, Jessica and Jordyn Campanelli.  Marian was predeceased by her husband, the love of her life and best friend, Joseph L. Campanelli on July 28, 2000.  Marian joins her first born, whom the Lord called home at birth. She was also predeceased by her parents, Peter and Anna Patrovic, her sister, Emily Demetriou and her brother, William Patrovic.  Visiting hours will be held on Monday, June 20, 2022 2:00 – 4:00 & 7:00 – 9:00 at Vander Plaat Funeral Home, www.vpfh.com, 257 Godwin Avenue, Wyckoff, NJ 07481.  A Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, June 21, 2022 at 11:00 AM at St. Luke’s RC Church, 340 Franklin Turnpike, Ho Ho Kus, NJ 07423.  The interment will follow at St. Luke’s Cemetery.  As an expression of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, donations in Marian’s memory may be made to The National Shrine of the Divine Mercy, www.shrineofdivinemercy.org, P.O.
