Mary Weiss

Mary Weiss, 76, of Waldwick and formerly of Glen Rock, passed away on Thursday December 4, 2025.  Mary was born in Glen Rock and lived in Waldwick for 50 years.

Mary held multiple jobs in the Waldwick area including at Citizens First National Bank and Crest Audio, she was an avid reader and lover of puzzles. She enjoyed long weekends in Brant Lake, NY and her favorite vacation spot was Disney World.  Mary loved being “Nani” and watching her Grandchildren’s events.

Mary is survived by her Daughters Jennifer Hernandez, Joanne (Joseph) Martinello, her Sister Laurie Winkle, her Step Daughters Jill Weiss and Janet (Stephen) Patching. She is also survived by her 5 Grandchildren Joey, Jimmy, Gracie, Patric and Adam and Great Granddaughter Charlotte.

Mary was predeceased by her loving Husband Robert Weiss, her siblings Thomas and Kathleen and her son in law Ernie.

The family will receive friends on Sunday,  December 7 ,2025 from 4 - 8 PM at the Vander Plaat Funeral Home, www.vpfh.com, 257 Godwin Ave, Wyckoff, NJ.

The Family and friends will meet at the Vander Plaat Funeral Home at 11:00am, Monday, December 8, to process to Christ the King Cemetery in Franklin Lakes for an 11:30am  Graveside Service.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Mary’s memory can be made to the American Foundation for the Blind.
