Nannette Tancredi, age 63, passed away peacefully on Friday, June 5, 2026, at Sancta Maria Nursing Facility in Cambridge, MA, after a long and courageous fight with Early-Onset Alzheimer's disease.
Nannette was born to Eugene and Joan Rozgonyi and graduated from Northern Highlands Regional High School in Allendale, NJ, with the class of 1980. She had a lifelong love of the arts, studying dance and theater throughout her school years. Later in life, she continued to express her creativity through fashion and interior design.
Nannette worked in marketing at companies such as Sharp Electronics and Nielsen before leaving the industry to focus on raising her two children. When they got older, she went back to school to study marketing further and received a Bachelor’s degree from Berkeley College.
Nannette had a way of leaving a lasting impression on everyone she met. With her kind and generous spirit, she often went out of her way to help those in need, opening her home to friends and family alike. She made friends easily and cherished lifelong relationships with people from all walks of life.
A beloved sister, mother, and grandmother, she is survived by her daughter Holly Gage (Cyle), son Frank Tancredi, granddaughter Ivy Nannette Gage, and siblings Caryn Hesse, Kim Hodder, Eugene Rozgonyi Jr., and Ronald Rozgonyi.
Family and friends are invited to gather at Vander Plaat Funeral Home, 257 Godwin Ave, Wyckoff, NJ, on Saturday, June 13, 2026, from 9:00 to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM, followed by interment at Christ the King Cemetery in Franklin Lakes, NJ. A luncheon will follow at the Allendale Bar & Grill.
