Patricia Ferrone

Patricia Ferrone (nee Jackman) passed peacefully on February 16, 2021 of natural causes at the age of 82.  Pat is predeceased by her husband Andrew of 60 years and survived by her Children Andrew and his wife Mary, James and his wife Deborah, Diane and her husband Anthony, her grandchildren Christopher and Jack, her step-grandchildren Jordan and Alyssa. Pat grew up in The Bronx, married Andrew and then moved to New Jersey to raise their 3 children.  She worked for many years at Lipton Tea Co, which suited her fine as she always loved her cup of tea.  Pat enjoyed spending time with family and enjoyed watching the Yankees and the Giants, playing bridge or mah-johng.  Pat was immensely proud of being from The Bronx and of her Irish Heritage and always was working on the genealogy tree over the years tracing family back to the 1400’s.  Pat had a deep love for family and was always the first to call when there was good news to be spread.  She is also survived by her niece Catherine and her husband Dan and daughter Sara, and nephew John.  Patricia was proud of all her children achieving college degrees.  In lieu of flowers please donate to the Ferrone Family Scholarship Fund of St Thomas Aquinas College, Sparkill, NY.

A wake will be held at Vander Plaat Funeral Home on Sunday February 21, 2021 from 2pm to 5pm, with graveside Funeral Service on Monday February 22, 2021 at Valleau Cemetery, Ridgewood, NJ at 10am.
