On December 3, 2021, Rosemary Arndt (nee Anello), age 90 passed from this world as she lived her life - beautifully and graciously. Born and raised in Brooklyn, she grew her family with her husband, Edward W. Arndt who predeceased her in 2002. She was a 44 year resident of Ho-Ho-Kus, NJ .
Rosemary graduated from Trinity College, Washington DC where she formed lifelong friendships continuing to this day no doubt in part due to her eloquent letter writing.
A Product Developer for Revlon, her 10-year career there was highlighted by her launch of the Ultima at Revlon line.
Rosemary’s love of life was boundless. She was zealous about entertaining and throwing parties and certainly made sure those she loved were celebrated.
Among her passions were travel, opera and theater. One of her many sources of joy was her membership in the Women Gardeners of Ridgewood. Flower arranging was a great creative outlet for her.
She made life beautiful with her creative enthusiasm, infectious humor and flair for making everyone feel special.
Rosemary is predeceased by her sister Kathleen LaRosa, and brother Vincent Anello
She is survived by her children: Edward W. Arndt III and his wife Sue of Worcester MA, their children Edward the IV and Lucas; Christopher V. Arndt and wife Kristin, of Houston TX, their children Jack, Grant and Cole; Kerry R. Arndt of Cherry Hill NJ and her children Rachel and Zachary. In addition, she is survived by her step-daughter Suzanne Morris of Hoquiam WA, her husband Ralph and their children Christopher and Adam and her only great grandchild Tommy. She also leaves behind granddaughters Lauren and Blaire, the children of her step-son Kenneth Arndt, who passed away in 2012, and his wife Kathy.
