Thomas "Tommy" Tamburro Obituary

Thomas “Tommy” Tamburro of Waldwick, NJ, passed away on August 21, 2025, at the age of 72. His wife Suzette, daughter Emily and his family were at his side.

At a young age Tommy had to stepped up to the plate to take care of his family. Tom was the glue that held the family together threw the good times and bad times, he was always there. Tom will always be remembered as a great brother. Tommy was not just a painter, but he was a painting contractor. He always said a painter does paintings, and a painting contractor changes how people feel and how they live in their homes. He would help anyone that needed it, he would give you the shirt off his back.

Tommy started a successful painting contracting business for 52 years. He married his love Suzette in 1989 and never looked back. He had a beautiful daughter, Emily, who has a special place in his heart forever. Tom also loved his Boxer dogs that he had for years. Tom relaxed by working in the yard in Waldwick or out at the lake house in Pennsylvania. He like going out on the lake in his boat or driving his cars. Tommy liked restoring old cars and going to car shows. He will be missed by so many.

Tom is predeceased by his father Thomas. He is survived by his wife, Suzette, and daughter Emily. His mother Catherine Wilke. His sister Debbie Tamburro, brother Michael Tamburro and his wife Marla, and twin brothers Danny and his wife Diane and David Tamburro. And his cousin Tommy Scarnechhia and wife, Pallas. His niece Tara Tamburro–Hartel and her husband Eric Hartel. Niece Jessica Tamburro and Collin Letz. Niece Amanda Tamburro and fiancé Mike Muchoe. And nephews Jacob and Marcus Tamburro. And his niece and nephew Mylessa Moore and Danny O'Donahue-Walsh. Tom was a great husband, father, son, brother, and uncle.
